2. Services and Bookings a:rooms provides appointment scheduling and booking services. By booking an appointment through our platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

3. SMS Communications and Consent By providing your mobile phone number, you explicitly consent to receive automated text messages from a:rooms regarding your account and appointments.

Message Types: You will receive messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, and critical account updates.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Rates: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event will a:rooms, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of New York. a:rooms and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
